Many people with eating disorders keep themselves in denial; and their eating disorders only get worse, and their health deteriorates.
But you KNOW you have a problem.
So reach out for help.
If you are not sure whether you have a problem or not, please read through the rest of the pages on the site and you will have a better understanding about the main types of eating disorders.
